なぜ今回、このウェビナーをすべての方に公開することにしたのか

今月、私はフィリピン・マニラへ向かいます。現地で、コンパウンド薬局「ASL」のローンチに立ち会うためです。

オープニングにあたり、ASLは米国におけるバイオアイデンティカル・ホルモン補充療法の第一人者である Dr. Neal Rouzier を招き、医師向けトレーニング（Part I）を開催します。

私はこの20年間で10回以上彼のトレーニングに参加してきましたが、必ず毎回新しい学びがあります。

それは、科学が大きく変わるからではありません。
彼自身の経験が、より深まっているからです。

伝えるポイントが進化し、視点が研ぎ澄まされていく。
その中で、私自身の理解も少しずつ深まってきました。

なぜこのウェビナーが重要なのか

現地では Dr. Rouzier が日本向けに特別セミナーを行います。

このウェビナーは、もともと医師のみを対象としたものでした。
今回もアジア全域の医療従事者に向けて配信されますが、私は、ひとつの決断をしました。

これまで私はこのような内容は医療関係者の方向けにとどめてきましたが、今回のウェビナーを、すべての方に公開することにしたのです。

なぜ、これまでのルールを変えるのか

今はあまりにも多くの情報が錯綜しています。
あふれる見出し。誤解。そして、必要以上の不安。

ホルモン補充療法は、何十年にもわたり誤解され続けてきました。
そしてその誤解は、今もなお残っています。

この分野で最も経験豊富な医師の一人から、意見ではなく 医学文献と臨床エビデンスに基づいた話を直接聞ける機会があるのなら、その機会は限られた人だけのものではないはずだと、強く思いました。

このウェビナーを通してお伝えしたいこと

これは、特定の治療を勧めるためのものではありません。

理解するための機会です。
解釈ではなく、事実に触れること。
そして医療従事者がこれまで学んできた情報に、同じレベルでアクセスしていただくこと。

個人的な想い

どれだけ年月が経っても、私は彼の講義に、ひとりの“学ぶ側”として座り続けています。
そしてそのたびに、なぜ自分がこの道を選んだのかを思い出します。

日本に知識を届けたいという想い。
当たり前とされていることに疑問を持つこと。
そして、本当に大切だと思えることを伝えていくこと。

Why I Decided to Open This Webinar to Everyone

Later this month, I will be going to Manila for the launch of our compounding pharmacy, ASL, in the Philippines.

For the opening, ASL has invited Dr. Neal Rouzier—one of the leading experts in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy in the United States—to conduct Part I training for physicians.

I’ve attended his training many times over the past 20 years—perhaps ten times or more.

And yet, every single time, I learn something new.

Not because the science changes dramatically, but because his experience deepens.

His emphasis evolves. His perspective sharpens.
And through that, my own understanding continues to grow.

So Why This Webinar Matters

During this visit, Dr. Rouzier will also be presenting a special seminar for Japan:

Originally, this webinar was intended for doctors only.
It will still be broadcast across Asia to medical professionals.

But this time… I made a decision.
I decided to open it to all of you.

Why I Am Breaking My Own Rule

For many years, I have kept this type of education within the medical community.

But today, there is simply too much misinformation.
Too many headlines.
Too many misunderstandings.
And too much unnecessary fear.

Hormone Replacement Therapy has been misunderstood for decades—and much of that misunderstanding still lingers.

I felt strongly that if there is an opportunity to hear directly from one of the most experienced physicians in this field—speaking not from opinion, but from medical literature and clinical evidence—then that opportunity should not be limited.
